Terms of Service

These terms apply when a business connects its Google account to Leadlanu so that Leadlanu can manage the business's online presence.
The service
Leadlanu reads the business listings, website properties and performance data of the Google accounts its customers connect, reports on them, and — where the customer has agreed — keeps the listings accurate and complete. The privacy policy describes exactly what is accessed and how it is handled.
Your authorization
When you connect a Google account and accept these terms, you give Leadlanu your prior, specific and express authorization to manage the connected business listings, websites and analytics properties on your behalf, continuously and without asking you before each change. This includes changes made automatically by Leadlanu's software and automated agents, for example:
- correcting and updating listing details such as phone number, website, categories, hours, description, services and attributes;
- adding and updating photos, posts and action links;
- reading and acting on listing, Search Console and Analytics data to improve the business's visibility.
This authorization stays in effect until you disconnect. Leadlanu tells you about each change it makes within 48 hours of making it. You confirm that you connect only a Google account you control, and only for businesses you own or are authorized to manage. Verification of a listing is started only at the owner's own request.
Risks you accept
Google decides on its own whether a listing is shown, ranked, edited, suspended or removed, and may do so at any time, including after changes made by Leadlanu. You understand and accept that managing a listing carries these risks, including suspension or loss of a listing, loss of rankings, reviews or calls, and edits made or reversed by Google.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leadlanu is not liable for any suspension, removal, restriction or loss of a listing, website or account, for any loss of rankings, traffic, calls, leads, revenue or data, or for any other direct or indirect damage to your business arising from the service or from changes made under the authorization above.
Disconnecting
You may disconnect at any time, from the Leadlanu dashboard or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Access stops immediately. Leadlanu completes any disconnection request within seven business days.
Google's rules
Business Profiles remain subject to Google's own terms and policies. Leadlanu acts within the Google Business Profile API policies and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Google.
No guarantee of results
Leadlanu works to keep listings accurate and visible, but rankings, reviews, calls and Google's decisions about a listing are not under Leadlanu's control and are not guaranteed.
